Check out the addition to the deck. We added a pergola for additional shade and sanded and stained to match their existing deck. The house got a face lift of paint, trim, new shingled roof, and a golden pecan tongue and groove finish under their car port and eves.

I enjoyed designing this 7 gabel colonial. 3,800 sqft of living space. Open concept throughout with 1,000 sqft of 3rd floor space with cathedral ceilings and skylights. 3 full baths with a master suite. 10 x 12 walk-in closet off the master suite, 7' Air tub and ocean green granite for your vanity all in the rear left quadrant. 1st floor bedroom and bathroom. 20 foot ceiling in great room with crown detail and enhanced with a toungue and groom pine finish. A possibility for a 2nd master over the garage with beautiful vaulted ceilings. Kitchen features a custom raised panel - golden maple with lime glaze finish and granite. More photos to follow...

This kitchen can be found in a lovely Cape in Newburyport, MA. This builder didn't hold back on style and functionality. The double oven and stainless steel appliances lead the way for this kitchen. The dark granite counter blends in great with the cherry island. The white cabinets and crown show off great detail against the wall. I like the additional pendant lighting which adds to the already abundant amount of natural light. With an asking price of $599K, this is a great price in Newburyport, this new owner will be pleased.

I'm sorry. Nice exterior but this kitchen needs to go. If I am to buy a house for $720K I would like to have an updated kitchen. Stainless steel LG or Bosch appliances at the least and any counter-top but formica. Please, this old oak kitchen hurts my eyes. Remove the grease trap hanging from the upper cabinets and get the microwave off of the counter. What is this realtor thinking by showcasing this kitchen?? Plum Island is worth every $$, but this one needs to be re-thought!!!

This is a nice kitchen. I love the raised panel, maple cabinets. Great use of space. They hit on the triangle working area. I see 42" upper cabinets with crown molding. The peninsula adds a great area to eat and entertain. Only negative to me would be they look like they were made by Wellborn which is Home Depot's largest cabinet supplier. The granite brings the floor and cabinets together and is a good value in a home asking for $344K.

Check out this decent kitchen. It's available in a completely renovated home in Newburyport, MA. The home is priced to sell at $424K. Not a bad price for NBPT. But the kitchen is very small. I think the builder could have went more custom. The upper cabinets could have gone 42" to the ceiling and avoided the standard 36" look they have here. Where is the Fridge?? Taking the small space into consideration, I would have tried to incorporate the room into the rest of the house and maybe built an island for a more spacious feel. I should cut them some slack but it is a very small space for the price.
